Join us at the Coventry P.E.A.C.E. nonprofit center – located in the heart of Coventry Village on 6+ acres known as the Coventry P.E.A.C.E. Campus!

f you are associated with a nonprofit that is in need of work space, we’d love to show you what’s available at Coventry P.E.A.C.E. Campus. Located in the former Coventry Elementary School building in Cleveland Heights, we are currently home to several nonprofits and independent artists, and have space to add more. The building sits on the grounds of Coventry P.E.A.C.E. Park, which includes six acres of green-space and a popular playground in the heart of the walkable and eclectic Coventry Village neighborhood. The property is owned by the Cleveland Heights-University Heights Public Library, and the building is managed by the Coventry P.E.A.C.E., Inc., nonprofit organization.

P.E.A.C.E. stands for “People Enhancing A Community’s Environment”, and it is our mission to provide a sustainable and affordable home for local nonprofits, and to establish a thriving arts, culture and education center for area residents. We are looking for new tenants that will help us stay true to that mission.

Coventry P.E.A.C.E., Inc. runs the building in cooperation with the building tenants. We are looking for flexible and friendly organizations to complement our existing arts, culture and education tenants. Our unique building’s open floor plan and campus setting lends itself well to spontaneous partnerships and collaborations. Built in 1976, it is handicap-accessible and features a large central atrium that is available to tenants for meetings and special events. The property shares a parking lot with the library’s Coventry Village Branch, and is walking distance to the Coventry Village Business District.

We have a selection of spaces of varying sizes available to rent to nonprofit businesses. They range in size from small, private offices to large, open spaces with soaring ceilings that are over 5,000 sq. ft. Contact us today to set up a tour.

All suites Include all heat/ac, electricity, water/sewer, security and highspeed internet access, PLUS use of event spaces for free (# of free uses dependent on length of signed leased).

What is Coventry PEACE Campus?

When the school district sought to divest itself from the former Coventry Elementary School building in 2017, leaving its future uncertain, the leaders of all the tenant organizations and a broad base of community supporters came together in a grassroots movement to propose ways to preserve and grow the thriving culture and service ecosystem that had organically taken root there. From this effort, the Coventry PEACE Campus came into being. Coventry P.E.A.C.E., Inc. is the non-profit overseeing the maintenance, sustainability, renovation and development of the Coventry PEACE Building, which houses several local nonprofits. It is our goal to provide an accessible, sustainable, more efficient, and affordable home for these nonprofits, and to attract new organizations to the building.
