Here is a feature article that is running on page 1 of this month’s Heights Observer which was written by the editor of the local newspaper. We’d like to note that the Library (owner) has since issued notices to the 9 original tenants to vacate by January 31, 2025, and will be approaching the remaining three tenants to discuss early termination of their lease agreements. ALSO OF NOTE: Two of these tenants have leases that run through the end of 2025, and one has a lease that actually runs through mid-2026 with options for renewal (the article lists them all as ending 2025).

As we mentioned over the weekend, there are many stories about Coventry P.E.A.C.E. in this month’s edition. The latest developments with the fate of our building appears to have resonated with many. From feature articles, to opinions, to news about our upcoming events - we’re a very popular subject.

This particular article can be found on page 1, continues on page 9 and concludes on page 12. You can pick up your FREE copy at local retailers and businesses, or read it online/download it here: bit.ly/HtsObsNov24 .

The more I think about this, the angrier I get. Every aspect t of it feels pointless and unnecessary and a minus for the city, the neighborhood and the arts community.

I’m confused how they’re gonna pay for the empty renting spaces while they wait out the other leases

On top of the articles about the recent developments surrounding the fate of our building, the November issue of the Heights Observer also features a story about our upcoming event (and last public event at this building) - our annual Lantern Festival.
